I know.
You are thinking, wow, she has the life!
Here's my latest project: removing the backing from sheet vinyl we pulled up in former kitchen laundry room.
Apparently, they used the "super extra duty guaranteed to stick no matter what" brand.
My first efforts had it coming off in quarter sizes pieces.
Then, I went to the paint exchange room at the dump and got myself some Sentinel 626 Carpet and Sheet Vinyl Remover and discovered, if Ican patiently wait for 2 hours after applying it, that it peels off my putty knife in ribbons.
So that's what I am doing.
My plan is to strip the rest of the backing in small sections most evenings after work, sand it down, and then prime and paint it with porch floor paint. I am thinking a pale grey color would be best in my all white laundry right now....given that I have a black cat and a black lab in the house....
What are you doing?
What are you doing?
